This download contains bedroom model with a privte balcony concept. The Bedroom has a bed, with simple nightstand onboth sides of the bed.two big pillows and two small pillows are provided on the bed.The Bed has a matress covered with bedsheet, bedsheet texture not included.The Decoration above the bed is a PBR texture and its being lighted with two area lamps, one above and another from below.The Entry to the bedroom is through a design door.The wall & floor of the room is decorated with PBR textures, to give contrast beyween wall and floor, the floor is given black shade while the wall is provided with more white and brown color. the floor is more shiny and the wall is given rough texture.

Both sides of the wall are provided with three spot lamps for effect, (i didnt add any portraits to give enhance look)The Private balcony is partial open to air. where you can have sunlight and fresh air.the bedroom and private balcony is separted by a sliding door for access between the area.

This model can be used for commercial purposes.

The rendering is done in cycles.
