In this project, a 48-inch rubber expansion joint with 6 restraints has been designed. At all stages, mechanical and buoyancy design principles have been observed. The model is fully optimized and you can use the parts drawing to build and assemble the components. In preparing the model, all mates and dimensions have been applied in a systematic manner. So you can easily edit the model if needed. Each component is named and common, standard materials are applied to them. Bolts, nuts and washers are according to ISO standards. In the assembled model, all parts are correctly placed together. In the DRW file, different views of the final part are provided. Also, the specifications of the components, including their materials, weight, and quantity, are included in the BOM table. The 2D drawing is also in pdf format. Finally, the original assembly file is exported in STEP, STL, IGS and 3mf formats.
