Good looking model, my only issue was that there was not an FBX for the entire building structure. At the time of purchasing it was broken up into separate pieces to build it out myself, which is nice to have, but it would have been better to also have one file where it is put together already as seen in the picture. I reached out to the content creator and they did respond, they said they would provide that file.
