This model was drawn by SOLIDWORKS2022.Other formats include:IGSX.TSTEPElectromagnetic drum brake is a device that uses electromagnetic principles for braking, mainly composed of brake wheels, brake arms, electromagnetic coils, brake shoes, brake springs, and other parts.After the power is turned on, the current passes through the controller to excite the electromagnetic coil with strong current, causing the armature to quickly and reliably close. Then, the current is converted into a weak current to maintain coil power supply. At the same time, the armature pushes the screw to drive the brake arm, causing the tile to open.After the power is cut off, the brake, under the action of spring force, uses a screw to return the armature and lock the brake, thereby generating braking force to slow down the wheels or stop them in the shortest distance.
