This is a dynamic tire balancer prototype. There are 2 types, static and dynamic tire balancing. What is the difference between static and dynamic tire balancing?A static imbalance is when the tire is spinning elliptically instead of in a circle and makes the tire 'bounce' up and down. A dynamic imbalance is when you have a heavy spot that is off the midline of the wheel and makes the wheel 'wobble' left to right. For more complex cases of tire imbalance, dynamic balancing is a technique using spinning computer balancers to measure the tire on all three axes. The mechanic places a fully assembled wheel and tire on a machine and rotates it at speed ranging from 16-25 km/h (10-15 mph) to 88-96 km/h (55-60 mph).it is a theoretical study and prototype design for manufacturing a dynamic balancer. You can refer to it in your usage. Please leave a nice comment that might be helpful.I look forward to your help and participation.Thank you.
