This is an automatic connector assembly equipment that uses an indexer turntable. It operates in four workstations:Workstation 1: The product main body is manually placed.Workstation 2: The mechanism automatically picks auxiliary material A from the carrier tray, applies glue, and then attaches it to the main body. After a successful re - inspection by the CCD, it moves on to the next workstation.Workstation 3: The mechanism automatically picks auxiliary material B from the carrier tray, applies glue, and then attaches it to the main body. After a successful re - inspection by the CCD, it proceeds to the next workstation.Workstation 4: The main body with auxiliary materials A and B already attached at the front is turned over as a whole, and secondary glue application is carried out.
