DESCRIPTION

This is a complete design package for a 120L industrial ribbon mixer used for blending powders, granules, and dry materials.

The mixer uses a double ribbon agitator that moves material in opposite directions to achieve fast and uniform mixing.

This package includes the files required to fabricate and assemble the machine.

Included files:

• STEP 3D assembly model (.step)• Fabrication drawings (PDF)• Machining drawings for shafts I(PDF)• DXF laser / plasma cutting files for sheet metal parts• Bill of Materials (BOM)• Assembly drawings and exploded views

Design specifications:

• Capacity: 120 Liters• Mixer type: Double ribbon agitator• Construction: Mild steel frame and trough• Recommended motor: ~2.2 kW• Recommended shaft speed: 40–60 RPM

The DXF files are provided at 1:1 scale in millimetres and can be used directly for CNC laser, plasma, or waterjet cutting.

The STEP file can be opened in most CAD programs including SolidWorks, Fusion 360, CATIA, Siemens NX, and FreeCAD.

This design can be used for applications such as:

• Animal feed mixing• Powder processing• Fertiliser blending• Food ingredient mixing• Chemical powders

All files are organised in clearly labeled folders for easy use in fabrication and assembly.
