***To render in Eevee, just set the render engine to eevee and it will automatically convert all the materials to eevee. Since the textures are PBR there's almost no difference between realtime renders and Path tracer like Cycles

Warning: Depending on which software package you are using, the exchange formats (.obj, .3ds and .fbx) may not match the preview images exactly. Due to the nature of these formats, there may be some textures or scale issue that have to be loaded or done manualy and possibly sometime cause triangulated geometry.
