The models are made with ArchViz in mind, but they can be Un-Subdivided for Game Environment Optimization.They have Subdivision Level 2 enabled, but the Level 1 gives great result aswell. The blend file is configured in a balance between performance and quality.The textures have high quality and the UV Map is optimized to make natural seams. The colors are changeable.
