Name of product/article ICE Type 3D Wall Panel Materials Plaster, Ceramic materials Designers Italo Pertichini The Natural Design collection wall panels are manufactured from natural materials and processed by artisan absolutely unique procedures, so they aren’t comparable to an industrial standard production.‎ The products are supplied in cardboard boxes on wooden pallets.‎

APPLICATION The Natural Design collection wall panels can be installed both indoors and outdoors depending on their composition.‎

LAYING SURFACES To be suitable for the installation of the panels, the surfaces must be compact and mechanically resistant (no dust, paint, oil or anything else that might compromise adhesion).‎

LAYING FOR MANOCER COMPOSITION The laying of the Natural Design panels is performed by the use of cement-based adhesives with subsequent grouting.‎ We recommend the use of a high performance cementitious adhesive with no vertical slip (class C2TE).‎ Suitable for both internal and external.‎ The proper applying of the adhesive must be performed spreading on the surface, first of all, a contact leveling of the same by a flat stainless steel spatula.‎ This procedure achieves the best grip at the surface, then, wet on wet, shall be applied the glue by a toothed spatula.‎ For a good lay, apply vigorous push on each panel by checking the perfect juxtaposition.‎ If installation is to develop in elevation, you should also provide a mechanically fastened by screws and dowels, if required by local regulations in force.‎ Then, sanding and painting with any type of paint, treating them in advance with specific fixative.‎

LAYING FOR GERICE COMPOSITION 3D panels in GERICE must be glued to the wall using the special COLLSTUK, produced by Decor, should also be grouted with the same collstuk (having the double meaning of adhesive glue and finishing).‎ Then, should be painted with any water-based paint, treating them in advance with specific fixative.‎

COLORING The products are supplied without any coloring; staining should be done according to their needs, using suitable paints.‎

CLEANING Cleaning should be done by water and neutral detergents.‎ Not perform washings with acid-based solutions.‎
