In The Tube 100-500 Wall Lamp

In The Tube 100-500 Wall Lamp 3D model

Description

Architect and designer come together to create a highly durable yet truly original wall lamp. In The Tube is a collaborative piece from Dominique Perrault and Gaëlle Lauriot‑Prévost, inspired by striplights found in power stations of their native France. ITT comprises borosilicate glass capsules closed with aluminium stoppers sealed in silicone, which are attached to the wall or ceiling with stainless steel mounts. The soft light contained within can be adjusted with a movable mesh filter in an innovative take on contemporary lighting, while a choice of silver, copper or gold reflectors subtly change the warmth of the light. With a strong concept and a deft use of materials, the ITT 100-500 is a striking feature light that will stand the test of time.
