DESCRIPTION

This Panton Chair is a high quality, photorealistic 3D model. It is suitable for visual production such as design visualization, broadcast, high-res film close-ups, forensic presentation, etc.

The model is made up of all quads mesh with holding/support edges, suitable for Subdivision.

Native 3D application is Blender 2.79.

ZIP archive contains:

  • BLEND file. Subdivision Surface Modifier active.
  • OBJ_basemesh file. This is the base mesh version.
  • OBJ_highpoly file. This is with Subdivision Modifier applied.
  • FBX_basemesh file. This is the base mesh version.
  • FBX_highpoly file. This is with Subdivision Modifier applied.
  • 1 preview image.Note:
  • OBJ and FBX meshes are all quads geometry, not triangulated.
  • OBJ has its .MTL file. You also have the option to convert the .BLEND file to an exchange format with your preferred setting by using Blender (it is totally free).

Features:

  • Professional high quality models that have real world scale (Metric).
  • All quad mesh with holding edges, suitable for subdivision.
  • Clean edge flow and optimized topology is used for maximum polygon efficiency.
  • Subsurf Modifier is active in .BLEND file, you can go as high or as low poly as you wish.
  • OBJ and FBX - you get a version with just the base mesh, and a version with Subdivision Modifier applied.
  • Model uses Blender's Principled BSDF shaders.
  • Object, mesh and material has meaningful and matching names.
  • No part-name confusion when importing several models into a scene.
  • No extra third-party plug-ins needed.
  • Lights, camera and background are not included to avoid clutters.
  • Preview images are rendered with Blender Cycles with Subdivision Level 2.

Total vertices and faces per model with Subdivision Level 0 = 2502 vertices and 2500 faces.Model uses procedural material. Color and other parameters can be changed easily.

Exchange formats are FBX (7.4 binary) and OBJ, all quads geometry.Depending on the application used, may need to reassign materials and might not render like the preview images.

This product took 6 hours to produced, it has been checked and tested to ensure you get a high quality product.

Thank you very much for choosing my model.I look forward to continuously working with you in the future.

Have a great day, cheers!

No unsupported objects
Unsupported objects:
- Lights
- Cameras
Learn more
Geometry
No N-gons
N-gons are polygons with five or more sides which might cause issues in certain processes like rendering or animation. Learn more
No faceted geometry
Faceted geometry uses flat surfaces without smoothing, which can look unrealistic on curves.
Learn more
Manifold geometry
Manifold geometry ensures all surfaces are properly connected, avoiding issues like edges shared by more than two faces.

Textures & material
PBR textures
PBR textures simulate how light interacts with materials, making the model look realistic under different lighting.
Required PBR textures:
- Base Color
- Roughness
- Metalness
- Normal
Learn more
No embed textures
Embedded textures are stored inside the model file, increasing its size and sometimes causing compatibility issues.
Learn more
Square textures
Texture aspect ratio is the width-to-height ratio of a texture. Expected texture aspect ratio: 1:1
Learn more
Power of 2 texture sizes
Textures with dimensions in power of two (e.g. 512x512px, 1024x1024px) are used to optimize performance and memory usage.
Learn more
Assigned materials
Materials are applied to the 3D model to allow visualize a model's surface properties and appearance.
Learn more
UVs & naming
No UV overlaps
UVs overlap when multiple points on the 3D model's surface are mapped to the same point on the UV island causing texture stretching.
Learn more
UV unwrapped model
A UV unwrapped model means its 3D surface is flattened into 2D space, allowing textures to be applied accurately.
