On the object itself: Wrong polycount (If you include the plaid, there are in fact 10x to 20x more triangles/vertices, depending on how you count) which I would have thought was a mistake until I realised the title, which states "low-poly", is as misleading as it gets. PS (for cgtrader): The fact that you do not have the resources/technology to check the polycount announced in a spec is understandable. However everyone would benefit from a claim system where such issues can be reported easily, spec updated and refunds issued automatically.
