This is an old damaged chair in medieval style which will be perfect for castle interior or some noble residence. In Substance painter file you're able to tweak some parameters such as level of damaging, color etc.

All textures are 4k. Textures contains:

Standart maps - Base_color, AO, mixed_AO, Metallic, Hight, Normal (openGL), Roughness

UE4 maps - Base_color, Normal, OcclusionRoughnessMetallic
