DESCRIPTION

The Corona armchair by Poul M. Volther is an experimental approach to Danish design. Sculptural, eye-catching and original, the Corona is a lesson in geometry. A consistent design from 1964 with elliptical decreasing upholstered cushions forming the seat and backrest. This intriguing approach challenges conventional seating, resulting in the image of the Corona as a design icon desired worldwide.
