FEATURES:-Clean topology and works in polygonal quadrilaterals.-The model is in high subdivision and low poly, for a variety of uses.-Exported with a high subdivision (smoothed) mesh.-It has a perfect and pleasing subdivision.-The table model has the following measurements: X: 60.0 cm, Y: 55.0 cm, Z: 80.0 cm.-The chair model has the following measurements: X: 29.0 cm, Y: 57.0 cm, Z: 29.0 cm.-The model has the indicated materials applied.-All model elements are organized and easy to understand.-Lights, cameras, and the physical sky are included, along with HDRI.-An HDRI map (HDR025) is used for renderings, and is included.-The design is fully customizable and proportional to the desired size.-The design is fully customizable for 3D printing.-Texture resolutions: (ash_Color, ash_Bump, ash_Ref) 4096 x 4096

RAR FILE:-The zip files contain C4D, FBX, OBJ, and 3DS files, as well as the HDRI.-The files are in folders (by file format).

PRESENTATION JPG:-The presentation images are from the Cinema 4D render.-The polygon and point count is from the Ice Cream 3D model.
