This is a 3D model of an armchairIt has a base topology of ~9.000 vertices, but in the renders I used a subdivision tool (Subdivision Surface Modifier in Blender) on the pillow with a level of 1. This increased the vertices number up to ~14.000It has 2 PBR materials powerd by 4k, game-ready textures:1.Fabric - Albedo/Color, Reflection/Specular, Roughness, Normal Map2.Wood - Albedo/Color, Reflection/Specular, Gloss (the opposite of the Roughness), Normal MapIt has a height of 1.3 meters, a lenght of 1 meter and a width of 0.8 meters (H:L:W - 1.3 : 1 : 0.8)It has a height of 51 inches, a lenght of 39 inches and a width of 31.5 inchesThe .blend file contains all of the textures packed into itself, it uses the metric system, 1 unit = 1 meter
