Model is good, but the materials are not good enough. When you open the FBX, nothing is assigned. And good luck trying to figure out which texture goes to which material. It's a guessing game at best. Naming conventions don't make sense.
Spend some time making material names make more sense and then reapplying would be less of a pain. Or better yet, why not make an FBX with materials already applied.
