Unfortunately OBJ crashes when you load the file into 3DS Max 2025. I had hoped the .MAX file would work and convert everything properly to Arnold renderer, but really was not expecting it to. And that's fine. The obj crashing is what was surprising. It should work just fine but does not at all. FBX will load without much to do and the materials I expected would load are loading as expected. It's low poly (ish), but does not work for real-time rendering without additional work. FBX cake is not centered, the horn is an open mesh, and there's an extra node for the icing that needs to be detached and removed in order to properly center the cake. Unfortunately the options for ratings are either positive or negative when this one is in the middle. Cheap price, very adorable model, but there's crashing in a file type that should be robust and it requires more work than I was expecting to clean it up for what I was going to use it for. I bought it so I wouldn't have to model a unicorn horn for a game and now I do anyway but I'm out 2 bucks.
