I love the model's look, but the materials are definitely not game-ready.
First of all, there are 14 materials when there should be just one or two.
The textures are from random images and they don't respect the Power of Two rule, so UE5 won't be able to create mipmaps.
Last but not least, no PBR of any kind, just "albedo" taken from unprocessed photos, so it's not even real albedo.
Last but not least, the vertices are 57k, and no LODs. I use Nanite so that's not really an issue in UE5, but you should note that.
I'm really sorry to give a negative review but this is not even remotely game-ready, so you shouldn't write that. The price is fair, but you could even double it for something professionally packaged with the notes I wrote you.
