Description
FULL CGI 3DS MAX VRAY 3D model. The project is a modern apartments building with contemporary design. This model contains 3ds Max 2022 and 2019 scenes/cameras ready for render in vray like you see in renders/screenshots. Lighting in Textured in 3ds Max and Vray,with the same render settings and lighting. 3ds Max native and exported to DWG, FBX, OBJ, SKP and (.3dm) Rhinoceros 3D (without textures in this exported file) . ZIP folder contains proxies, HDRI and textures. Feel free to use this models in your architectural and urban planning projects for exterior scenes in different file formats. You can practice and learn about the scene, lighting, render setup, camera and environment.

This building is not only beautiful; but the grating on the sides (to keep privacy somewhat, but allow some light passing through) is ABSOLUTELY beautiful.
If I figure out how to do a 2d version of the grating, and slim down some details, I'd buy this model for the "Los Injurus" city I am building in a driving simulator (Beamng Drive).
