This kit is a modular type kit, which means that nothing is fixed and all the elements can be modified according to your desire.The images and videos come from the example map, which is provided with the package.
The low poly modeling of my products, and the optimization of my textures, make them compatible with all platforms (PC/Mac, Mobile, VR).
Note: A modular kit is a bit like a box of Legos. You can either use the elements / maps of the package, or build your own environment for the needs of your project.Do you need an additional room? A longer corridor? Add or remove a window/door? It's possible!
The grid system allows you to insert or remove elements to adjust them to your needs. The colors can also be changed! Is your client's logo red?No problem! You can change the colors of the lighting and materials. HDRP/URP Package Inside.
The kit is compatible with all the latest versions of Unity (I systematically test my projects with the latest Unity version to check if there is a problem).

It a Unity package, it include all the FBX files and the textures, but warning! You will need to extract the package by yourself, and you need to recreate manually all the prefabs i made for Unity! I don't apply support for others engines than Unity.

Do textures apply when importing this asset to the unreal engine?

Yes you need to copy the texture inside the same directory as the FBX files :)
