3D model of the residental tower 83Redpath Avenue.
Model is in real world scale , accurate textuering similar to the real building,but not exact 100%.
Lowpoly 1800 Tris, One object only.
Clean topolgy , uv mapped no stretching , yet i used overlaping with similar uv islands to get maximum use of the textures size.
Textures, PBR work flow , maximum size is 4k , Textures maps(Basecolor, Metallic, Normal , Alpha transperancy and emission maps).
Base colors : 7 variant styles , it is like having 7 Different 3d models in one model , yet textures can be modified to obtain more variants.
PBR Mapps node conncetion can be modified to obtian different styles.
Files&Formats: blender file with textures folder, OBJ, FBX, SKP formats.
Note : will uplaod other variant of the model.
