DESCRIPTION

High quality modular Sci-Fi Hangars Location (floor tiles, exterior end interior wall tiles, cliffs, heli pad, props, etc..)

Package contains Unreal Engine project (4.20 engine version), Unity project (5.5.4p4 engine version) also models exported as FBX (2012).

(for Unity users: color masking shader optimized for standard rendering pipeline only, not HDRP/LWRP. )

This asset is optimized and hand tweaked. The textures looks amazing and super realistic, tuned for Physically-Based Rendering.

Asset contains demo location of hangars and space base facilities.

Triangles count: 78 911 tris

Asset has 29 textures sets both resolutions from 1024*1024 to 4096*4096 pixels. Some meshes has coloring masks for tuning their primary colors.

Following textures included : diffuse, normal map, illumination, roughness and metallness maps.

Pivots placed in logic places of geometry.

was very modular lol not very optimized recommend opening up project on low render settings.

Only the FBX files are useful. But have to fit all textures to every single mesh, step by step. The present UE version works not well with it- pretty slow on a I9 with a RTX-3080. The same goes for the Unity files (no FBX Exporter anymore). Can recommend the FBX files if you use Autodesk Max and you have time and patience. MISSING: "Roadblock" Textures.

No unsupported objects
Unsupported objects:
- Lights
- Cameras
Learn more
Geometry
No N-gons
N-gons are polygons with five or more sides which might cause issues in certain processes like rendering or animation. Learn more
No faceted geometry
Faceted geometry uses flat surfaces without smoothing, which can look unrealistic on curves.
Learn more
Manifold geometry
Manifold geometry ensures all surfaces are properly connected, avoiding issues like edges shared by more than two faces.

Textures & material
PBR textures
PBR textures simulate how light interacts with materials, making the model look realistic under different lighting.
Required PBR textures:
- Base Color
- Roughness
- Metalness
- Normal
Learn more
No embed textures
Embedded textures are stored inside the model file, increasing its size and sometimes causing compatibility issues.
Learn more
Square textures
Texture aspect ratio is the width-to-height ratio of a texture. Expected texture aspect ratio: 1:1
Learn more
Power of 2 texture sizes
Textures with dimensions in power of two (e.g. 512x512px, 1024x1024px) are used to optimize performance and memory usage.
Learn more
Assigned materials
Materials are applied to the 3D model to allow visualize a model's surface properties and appearance.
Learn more
UVs & naming
No UV overlaps
UVs overlap when multiple points on the 3D model's surface are mapped to the same point on the UV island causing texture stretching.
Learn more
UV unwrapped model
A UV unwrapped model means its 3D surface is flattened into 2D space, allowing textures to be applied accurately.
