3D model of a japanese temple in tribute to Zenitsu Agatsuma's character on Demon Slayer, from the idea of transforming anime characters into buildings. This would be the first one.Architectural elements of the temple are inspired by the iconography of Zenitsu's character design (color, shapes, lighting).
You might recognize them by exploring the temple.
The original architecture design is derived from the Kufukuji buddhist temple in Nara, Japan. The temple in the model is roughly 10 meters high, octogonal floor plan with a 7,5 meters radius.
Native format is Sketchup for the temple 3D modeling, dimensions, etc. grouping and layer organization. Some sections, elevation and snapshot of the Sketchup file are shown. One Sketchup has simple base geometry but no material, the other one has the imported UV mapped geometry and proper materials.
All the UV unwrapping and material creation has been made in 3dsmax and Substance. Roughly each objects in this has its specific materials and texture maps. Renders in 3dsmax with Vray 6 for the Temple in a dark background. Enscape and Sketchup for the outdoor renders.
