Really looks like AI work, the inconsistent topology gives it away plus lots of illogical structures. If I am wrong - the creator should work on the quality. Also quite high poly count where it's not needed, so for games - unusable without prior optimization. Textures are stretched in some places, good thing I purchased this during a sale, full price does not fit for the quality. I appreciate it though, I will optimize it and use it as half of it fits what I need.

The door, walkway, and other objects were poorly built. They were a bunch of objects put together over and over. It seems as though it was built with Ai. The doorframes were very low quality in particular. Very disappointed as i had to scrap all of them as they were unusable to me as is.
