This is a revit model and design of a park and a recreational area with an underground parking lot located in a neighborhood block with attached flats. There is little pergola, an open air, 2 rows of amphitheater like sitting area, a playground in the park which is located in the center of the block. Most of the buildings in the block don't have any materials and facade designs, they are just masses but some have fully designed exteriors

The model contains 2020 Revit File, Lumion 10 Student version scene file, dae file and an fbx file with Lumion Renders.
