Premium quality and highly detailed 3D model of Children's Play Complex.

The model was created on the basis real children's playground. All details of the model were created very carefully and have excellent quality!

Perfect for close-up renderings.

Most of duplicate items will created as instances, which significantly reduces the count of polygons, increases the speed of rendering and the ability to edit elements of the model (if, for example, you will need transform model to a Low Poly).

For more realism, I created weld seams on the details compounds. These weld seams are maximally optimized - I used a minimal count of polygons, also was saved only the visible part of the weld, and polygons that are not visible (internal) have been removed! But also, if you do not need such high detail, you can easily remove them - all welding seams created as separate elements.

The originally 3D model was created in Modo and then has been exported to other 3D formats.

All the main parts of the Playground, gathered in groups and have logical names!

FBX format included instances and material groups.

OBJ format included material groups ( this allows you to quickly configure the material without the need to select and assign them to individual elements of the model )

3ds Max version is shaded for V-Ray and ready to render ( but without instances for duplicated items )

The model was created in the real world scale ( mm).
