This pack includes highly optimized game ready modelsThis contains-Pine Tree-Stonewall-Rocks-Bed-SwordI will add more to that in upcoming time.All the textures are 2k( you can reduce it easily in the engine if you want)All FBX and Texture files are in a same folder which you can simple add to your game engine and good to go.

NOTE: If you face ay problem with Normal just flip the Y channel of the normal map.( Because UNreal uses DIrectX and Unity uses OpenGL).
