TECHNOLOGY PARK Office - Open Plan System 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Office - Open Plan System Design. I've to make all the walls, windows & doors to be transparent, so that viewing is much easier for the internal layout. Not much of textures applied because i majorly done it for architecture purpose. Mainly, most of the furnitures, i got it from the Google Warehouse, Thanks everybody! Lastly,The files is quite big.
