This project is a high-end waterfront central business district located in Shenzhen Bay, integrating super high-rise office towers, green ecological buildings, waterfront public spaces and urban supporting facilities. The core landmark twin-tower skyscraper adopts a streamlined curved glass curtain wall design, forming a unique portal-shaped urban gate image. Most buildings adopt green roof design, with dense urban forest landscape distributed between building clusters, connected by urban road networks, adjacent to Shenzhen Bay waterfront and urban wetland lakes. It serves as a headquarters agglomeration area for global enterprises, suitable for urban planning presentation, commercial real estate project bidding, urban landmark publicity, ecological city design display and waterfront CBD development briefing.
