DESCRIPTION

The model of the John Hancock Building in Chicago is built near to scale and includes some exterior detail. It is intended to be rendered at a distance as part of a scene and not in close up. This model includes all textures and materials for the building as well as the ground surrounding the bottom of the structure. The model also includes the antenna towers that are mounted on the roof.

The John Hancock Building was built by the John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Company who was also the orginal tennent. The building includes about 700 condominimums, a 44th floor sky view lounge with an indoor swimming pool that is the highes in the world, a 360 degree observatory on the top floor allows viewers to see 4 states and about 80 miles in all directions.
