Good quality, low poly and a great price. If you ever redo this asset, maybe combine the materials to have less calls, but its decent enough right now.

Beautifully textured and highly realistic looking low poly models that imported into Blender 4.3.2 with no problems using the provided Blender import file. Minor issues: No ambient occlusion (AO) or metallic texture maps provided so I had to create them using Adobe Substance Software and some reversed normals in the water_tower.blend file on one of the support legs in the mesh that I had to flip. I am a model railroading hobbyist who creates freeware 3rd party mod content for the Trainz Railroad Simulator (TRS22). I use purchased 3D models on my own created freeware routes and share it with other TRS22 route creators, but only under the license provisions. These models were easily adapted for TRS22. I exported these models into Trainz Railroad Simulator 2022 (TRS22) and they looked exactly as they should and were trouble free. I am pleased with the overall quality and appearance of these models, except for the issues mentioned, and recommend them to others, especially those who need content for computer games and simulations!
