This is an old warehouse building with rusting mood. It's textured and UV unwrapped to the best of my skill, so you can replace the textures to change the mood. The car and two ACs (on the small house) and 3 props are not included because they were downloaded to preview how you can use the scene, the thumbnail shows exactly everything included. Everything made by me using free software and resources. I couldn't convert to other formats so only blender is available but if you can opeen it in blender maybe you can export to other formats if you know how. If you have an issue, need advice or want me to improve anything on this model, message me. Oh the fans on the roof are animated and the ground has dry areas for you to put trees on them (you can find the mask image in the shader editor and change where is dry).
