Electric Station Low-poly 3D model

Very nicely textured model that imported into Blender 3.1.2 with no problems using the FBX import file. You are actually getting three buildings for the price of one here as the author provides three different sets of weathered wall textures so you can create buildings as different variations. I am a model railroading hobbyist who creates freeware 3rd party mod content for the Trainz Railroad Simulator (TRS19). I use purchased 3D models on my own created freeware routes and share it with other TRS19 route creators, but only under the license provisions. I exported this model as three different buildings into Trainz Railroad Simulator 2019 (TRS19) and they looked exactly as they should and were trouble free. I am very pleased with the overall quality and appearance of this model and recommend it to others!
