This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 I know that this is not new, but I had been going through my models recently and had notice areas where I had not notice before, mistakes made, with this and a few other models. I am not happy of the fact I have made so many mistakes with other models, Ias I do make sure everything is all complete before I share my models.

Anyway I will doubly and triply make sure from now on before sharing any of my models, that everything is complete, I apologise for those of you who have both veen viewing, downloading this and other models, that you will need to view and download these from scratch. I can not say sorry enough, I hope this wont put you off from continuing to view and download my models.
