DESCRIPTION

Hi there! I am glad to share Small Apartment game ready model including 4.398K triangles. Modeled, unwrapped and rendered in Blender, painted in Substance Painter.

.zip folder includes .obj, .fbx, .blend and .spp (Substance 3D Painter) formats. You can input 2K or 4K texture maps in .blend file easily and use it for any project. Small Apartment model works very well with game engines such as Unreal Engine 5.

You can prefer 2K or 4K texture maps for Metallic/Roughness - UE5 workflows.

Contains PBR Metallic / Roughness and UE5 (Base Color - Normal AOROughnessMetallic) Workflow Texture Bitmaps

Each description in .blend file and texture maps named properly.
