Perfect for architrcts as a starting point in a conversation with the customer. Can be redesigned to suit your site. Can be used in student educational projects.

Mesh is low-poly, allows you to easily build up the details such as window casements, handrails.

There is two version available, one with V-Ray light setup and render settings used to produce preview images. Second for Default Scanline Renderer with Standart 3ds Max materials.
