Using Amazon Sumerian | Fit in the under 50MB limitation - but did not load the textures from this model. Using mostly textures from another Model to make this usable. Street textures & street sign textures worked. Not much else when applied manually. Grass doesn't work as it's above the 10mb Sumerian max for textures. Have no clue what to do with the Swatches as those are not recognizable by Sumerian. In order to make most of the models work in Sumerian, I load up the FBX/OBJ with the Materials and Textures into a zip file. and Amazon generally gets it right. If not - I apply the textures manually - easier when they are named correctly. Open to ideas how to package this up so it loads properly in Sumerian. Taking hours to get textures applied. $159 is a lot of $$ for something not close to working out of the box
