The modern house design is made with both grass and sand as the surface of the design so it can be used as a farmhouse or beach house too.The file contains-

• 2 .max files (Day/Night)

• 2 .obj files (Day/Night)

• 1 .psd file (to edit the scene if needed)

• 1 .zip file including all required textures (additional textures included)

Buyers can edit the model as per their need as the model has both day and night light also with 2 surfaces ie grass and sand
