This is a 3D low poly model ,it was designed to provide a high definition. All the files contain trees , furniture, building, plane grass, pool, etc...

The model is completely ready for use visualization in maya. There are two models in maya: one with poly grass and other without poly grass. They have some displays layer.The models in obj, fbx and c4d are only without poly grass.

The model has a lot of polys because vegetation are very detailed.

IMPORTANT!!!! The model with polygonal grass has been created in maya with particles and instancer, it has a lot of number of polys ,so your computer has to be powerfull.
