I have mixed feelings about this asset, because it has some potential. The asset is not clean, there are too many individual pieces (I counted 149 individual meshes with no naming convention). It's not game ready, but in all fairness there wasn't a statement saying it is. The overall polycount is high, but it's not a very high quality asset. Some details are good, some are very basic. The UV map is good so far, but I found 2 different UV sets in the set, just in case this is relevant to you. Is it usable as is? Depends on what you are planning to do. For game development, I will need to clean it up a bit. But this might be an issue for those without experience or tools to edit 3D Models. if it's just for a scene shoot or render, it might work. Even though $5 is a very cheap price, it should be common practice to provide clean models.
