Description:
A pack of 10 houses with 10 color variations per house which is a total of 100 house variations. These are built low poly with no interiors for fast rendering and instancing for scattering, aerials, street views and populating large areas. Includes guttering, windows, back doors, front doors and patios. All consistent UV 's and texture sizes so bricks can be swapped between houses or replace render as you require. These are built completely modular with pivots centered to the house and at the front of the 6m driveway for consistent placement when scattering. Offline and real-time PBR for different software packages and uses. UVW Mapped for 3dsmax, Cinema4D and Blender on Channel 1. UV Unwrapped non-overlapping on Channel 2.

  • Every house can use another house material which gives you 100 different variations in total
  • Material IDs are consistent between each house which means you can hot swap materials between any house for variation and glass will always be glass, same with bricks or render or panels and features
  • Modular design for easy scattering, all houses have pivots centered and aligned to the front of the driveway
  • Each driveway is 6m from the front/road
  • Optimized for large interior/exterior scenes and aerials, street views and even close up views
  • Geometry is designed to be low poly and is not subdividable (game-ready), designed for fast rendering, low impact on viewport speed
