The Arched facade with shop was created on real facade base. It’s created accurately, in real units of measurement, qualitatively and maximally close to the original.

Renders are made in Blender 2.91 using Eevee. Model uses 2 maretials, one for wall and other for the rest. It uses 2 uv sets, one is with overlapping for tileable atlas material and second non overlaped for dirt and grime blending masks.
