A vintage German Railway tail lamp (End-of-Train Device, in german: Zugschlusslaterne) used on the last car to mark the end of a train. Its red signal ensured visibility at night and in poor weather; carrying handle, and a bracket for quick mounting on the buffer beam. Earlier versions ran on kerosene, later ones on electric bulbs, but the robust, utilitarian form stayed consistent for decades. This model captures that iconic design for scenes set on German railways, depots, and heritage operations.

Important Notice Before Purchase
This model has been created specifically in Maya and is fully optimized for use within Maya. Using it in other 3D applications such as Blender, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, or similar software may lead to limitations, especially with fur, rigging, constraints, and animations. Exporting to other programs is possible – for example, by baking animations or using alternative methods – but this is done entirely at your own risk. Unfortunately, I cannot provide full technical support for adapting or using the model outside of Maya.
