Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 This model is made of L3D, adapted by FROLICH. The present cathedral, Our Saviour's Church, was erected in the 1690s on a small rocky outcrop between the then Great and Little Violence Port, in the east end of what would later become the Main Market. The foundation stone was laid in 1694 and the church was consecrated 7. November 1697 by Bishop Hans Rosing. The plan has Latin cross form. Stone from the demolished Holy Trefoldigheds church and probably Hallvard cathedral was reused, but the church was easier done than these two, including without vaults. But it was acquired magnificent altarpiece, pulpit and other inventory baroque, begun by an unknown Dutch artist, but ended by Norwegian woodcarvers in akantusstil. The tower was lower than today and was revealed with a gentle tower helmet. The church was bricked in Dutch yellow bricks that came to the country as ballast on the Norwegian timber ships and was therefore far cheaper to use than the Norwegian, red brick. Tower received an English clock in 1718. The church is undergoing a new restoration in 2006/2008 after it is revealed extensive moisture damage especially in the roof.
