This model has a lot of potential, and the parts shown in the promotional screenshots are nicely textured, but the rear roof, rear outside wall and the outer wall on the right side of the building are not textured and detract from the overall model appearance, and you do not see this in the promotional screenshots. On the plus side the model imported into Blender 4.3.2 with no problems using the provided Blender import file. I am a model railroading hobbyist who creates freeware 3rd party mod content for the Trainz Railroad Simulator (TRS22). I use purchased 3D models on my own created freeware routes and share it with other TRS22 route creators, but only under the license provisions. This model was easily adapted for TRS22, once I figured out how to fix the texture issues mentioned above, which took a lot of my time which I was not happy about. I exported this fixed model into Trainz Railroad Simulator 2022 (TRS22) and it looked exactly as it should and was trouble free. Until the texturing issues are fixed, I cannot recommend this model to others, which is a real shame as this model has a lot of character.
