The Rasillon Seal opens and locks the TARDIS Doors, once unlocked, both doors automatically open inwards, the seal can be turned clockwise and anti-colckwise, a bit like a dial combanation lock, only the Doctor knows the corect sequence to unlock the TARDIS Doors, the knowledge can be given to companions in a clever desguised subliminal code that will only activate when the companion needs to open the TARDIS Doors. TIME Weapons and an AI Android that is the ships/TARDIS'S Avatar, the only TARDIS to ever have one. The Writing in the window boxes is ancient Gallifreyian.
