Ultimate Modularity & Scene Variety:
This set is built for flexibility. The entire City Block is perfectly square and can be loaded, moved, and rotated to any of the 9 available base locations. By rotating the block, you can easily create four unique corners at a single intersection, giving you 324 possible set-up combinations when all 9 sets are eventually owned.
The set includes the full surrounding streets, curbs, gutters, and empty lots, providing a complete, ready-to-render base scene.

Detailed Surfaces: Brick Alley features height-movable puddles, and sidewalks include broken weed details.
Technical Specifications & Usage:
Interchangeable Assets: The entire block, along with the Left and Right Triple Power Lines, can be rotated and placed effortlessly to cross streets at any corner.
Movable Props: Many objects are free to be moved or saved as individual assets for use in your other scenes.
Dock Access: Trucking docks feature overhead doors that lead to an interior warehouse space.
