Memphis Tennessee, USA, city environs. Huge urban environment model covering approx 27km x 21km (E/W x N/S).

This is a resource hungry model. With this in mind the primary interchange formats (OBJ and FBX) are split into 3 parts -1) Core model of downtown Memphis (1.44 million faces, approc 15km x 10km N/S x E/W, randomised building facades via textures)2) Outer buildings and roofs (1.78 million faces, non-randomised facades)3) Trees and foliage (1.35 million faces)

Load elements as needed by your project. If you don't need the outer skirt of buildings don't load them in, as they will drastically increase render times.

Great multipurpose 3D model. Native format is 3ds Max. No plugins required to achieve renders shown above. Texture maps are located in their own zip download. Model built to real world scale - units are meters. Ships shown in renders are included. .
